Our New Horse Stalls
Applegarth provides turnout, shelter and box stalls for horses suited to group living. We have 12X12 box stalls with sliding doors and run in shelter. The horses, turned out in one or two groups, have free access to the shelter all day and night, using the stalls twice each day for feeding times and observation.
During very severe weather, we may keep our horses in their stalls for a number of hours or even overnight, but most of the time we let them choose their comfort zone.

We also have a short cross country course and a full size outdoor arena. Medical practice for our own animals is almost entirely homeopathic; the practice used on our boarders is entirely up to the owners.
